Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping price, destination eligibility, and estimated timing must be shown at checkout. Vendors must provide tracking and ship within their disclosed handling window.

Unless a clearly disclosed category exception applies, customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused goods in original condition. Final-sale, personalized, perishable, hygiene-sensitive, and digital goods may be excluded where lawful.

Damaged, incorrect, missing, or materially misdescribed orders should be reported within seven days of delivery. Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Contact support@livestreamnetwork.tv before sending an item back.
