Marketplace role
Live Stream Network provides technology connecting customers and approved independent vendors. Product descriptions, inventory, shipping, warranties, and lawful sale obligations remain the vendor's responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Accounts and acceptable use
Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials, be legally able to transact, and may not misuse broadcasts, payments, chat, intellectual property, or platform access.
Orders
Orders may be declined or cancelled for inventory, fraud, pricing, compliance, or technical reasons. Taxes, shipping, returns, and refunds follow the checkout disclosure and applicable policy.
Limitations
The service is provided subject to applicable law. Beta features may change or be unavailable. Nothing excludes rights that cannot legally be waived.
