Vendor and Broadcaster Agreement

Vendors must pass identity, business, payout, product, and sanctions verification before selling or broadcasting. Approval may be suspended when risk or compliance concerns arise.

Vendors are responsible for lawful products, accurate claims, inventory, pricing, taxes, fulfillment, returns, customer support, intellectual property rights, and host conduct.

Streams must be truthful, appropriately disclosed, moderated, and free of unsafe demonstrations, undisclosed sponsorships, deceptive scarcity, harassment, or prohibited content.

Fees, payout timing, reserves, disputes, chargebacks, and tax reporting must be defined in the executed commercial schedule before a vendor is activated.
