Customer and order support
Email support@livestreamnetwork.tv with the order number and issue. Do not send card numbers, passwords, or government identifiers by email.
Safety and content reports
Report broadcasts, chat, products, intellectual-property concerns, or urgent safety issues to safety@livestreamnetwork.tv with the relevant URL and evidence.
Service expectations
Pre-launch beta support is best effort. Published response-time and escalation commitments will apply only after staffing and on-call coverage are activated.
